Investing In Yourself

If you’ve never been in therapy, counseling, or coaching before, it may feel vulnerable and awkward to think about the money involved. Because a good “fit” between you and your therapist/coach is so essential to making therapy work, I always suggest an intial consultation, which includes the following:

• REVIEW: You tell me what’s not working (i.e., “the problem”)
• VISUALIZE: Assuming that you and I show up 100% in our work together, you tell me what will be different and better in your life
• PLAN: I tell you a bit about how I work, whether I believe I can help you, and roughly how long it would take for you to begin to see meaningful results from our work
• DECISION: You say “yes” or “no,” based on whether the outcome you visualize and my plan to get you there are worth the investment

Rates & Services

• Therapy, Coaching, and Supervision*
  • –Half-session – 24-30 minutes – $140
  • –Full session – 31-53 minutes – $225
  • -Late Cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) and No Show Appointments will be charged full rate for the time scheduled

• • * A note about Supervision toward licensure for LMFT and LMHC Candidates in Massachusetts:
  • One way to defray this cost is to share supervision with someone else. Each supervisee alternates presenting a case and listening to the other supervisee present a case. It’s how I was able to do it and make it “affordable”, and I learned a lot in the process.

  • -This intensive, 13-week program helps burnt-out professionals transition to their purpose-driven dream career.
  • -2 payment options:
    • –Weekly installments: $199/week
      • -Pay an affordable amount every week over the course of the program

• Insurances Accepted:
  • -Blue Cross Blue Shield (including most Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield products)
  • –Coming Soon! Harvard Pilgrim
• Private-Pay: If your insurance carrier is not listed above, your welcome to pay out of your pocket. This allows for total privacy and confidentiality as well as more treatment flexibility. Diagnosis is not required.
• Out of Network Insurance Benefit: If your insurance carrier is not listed above, you can check with your insurer to determine whether you have “Out-of-network” coverage. If you do and wish to seek some level of reimbursement, I can provide you with a receipt which you would to submit to your insurance. 100% reimbursement is unlikely. Diagnosis is required.
